A day, on the record

One keystroke starts the clock, yesterday's task is one click away, and by evening the timesheet already adds up.

A sample workday from 09:00 to 18:00: Northwind 09:00 to 10:30, Harbor Labs 10:30 to 12:30, admin 12:30 to 13:30, Fernway 13:30 to 15:30, Northwind 15:30 to 17:00 and Harbor Labs 17:00 to 18:00.
  1. Pressed s before the coffee was ready. The clock is running.

Features

A timesheet that reads like a ledger.

Your week as a clean grid of projects and days. Fix a missed hour by typing into the cell. Totals add up as you go, so Friday is a review, not a reconstruction.

A timer in your pocket that never loses a minute.

The Android app keeps running when the signal drops. Entries are saved on the phone first and sync when you are back online. The running timer stays in your notification shade, one tap from the app.

Is Wakto really free?

Yes. Every feature is free, with no time limit and no card on file: unlimited entries, the timer, timesheets, rates, reports and CSV export, on the web and on Android. A small ad keeps the servers running. If you would rather not see it, buy me a coffee: 1 USD a month hides the ads while you subscribe, or 10 USD once hides them forever. You pay through Paddle in the web app.

Does Wakto watch my screen or track my apps?

No. Wakto only records what you start, stop or enter. There are no screenshots, no activity scores and no background monitoring.

How does billing rounding work?

You pick a step of 6 or 15 minutes and whether to round up or to the nearest step. It is applied to each entry when you build a report or export. Your raw entries are never changed.

What happens if my phone loses connection?

The timer keeps running and every change is stored on the device. When you reconnect, Wakto syncs in the background and tells you if the server turned a change down.

Can I take my data with me?

Export your time entries as CSV at any time, for free, with their client, project, tags, rate and amount. Deleting your account removes your data permanently.
